La temperatura media ha sido 18.6 \u00baC, 1.3 grados por encima del promedio, siendo el <strong>4.\u00ba m\u00e1s c\u00e1lido desde 1961.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Noviembre, en cuanto a temperatura, ha tenido un car\u00e1cter muy c\u00e1lido en Andaluc\u00eda. La temperatura media ha sido 14.0 \u00baC, 1.7 grados por encima del promedio, siendo el <strong>6.\u00ba m\u00e1s c\u00e1lido desde 1961<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>En Ceuta ha sido extremadamente c\u00e1lido y en Melilla muy c\u00e1lido.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Precipitaciones<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>El oto\u00f1o ha tenido un car\u00e1cter seco en Andaluc\u00eda. La precipitaci\u00f3n ha sido 144.5 mm, un 80% del valor de referencia, <strong>siendo el 22\u00ba m\u00e1s seco desde 1961.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Noviembre, en cuanto a precipitaci\u00f3n, ha tenido un car\u00e1cter muy seco en Andaluc\u00eda.
