Hace a\u00f1os que me llamaron la atenci\u00f3n estas mu\u00f1ecas, creo que sobre todo fue por sus due\u00f1os. Y es que, \u00e9stos suelen fotografiarlas como si fueran personas. Adem\u00e1s, tambi\u00e9n se encargan de vestirlas a la moda o imitando la forma de vestir de ellos mismos -sus propietarios-, incluso le cambian el color del pelo, el corte o el color de los ojos. Tambi\u00e9n existen accesorios dise\u00f1ados espec\u00edficamente para ellas. <\/div>\n

 Por si esto fuera poco, conseguir una Blythe no es una tarea sencilla. De hecho, hace a\u00f1os estuve investigando para saber d\u00f3nde pod\u00eda adquirir una y creo recordar que s\u00f3lo era posible en Jap\u00f3n (aunque no lo recuerdo ya demasiado bien). Hoy d\u00eda es m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil comprar una pues, seg\u00fan parece, puede encargarse a trav\u00e9s de la web. Asimismo, existen personas que las venden de segunda mano o las traen como encargo  (por ejemplo, por la red he encontrado ofertas de gente que la vende por 130 euros m\u00e1s gastos de env\u00edo)<\/div>\n

As\u00ed, un a\u00f1o despu\u00e9s la mu\u00f1eca dej\u00f3 de fabricarse.<\/div>\n

Una ni\u00f1a llamada Gina Garan ten\u00eda algunas de estas mu\u00f1ecas aunque termin\u00f3 por perderlas. Sin embargo, en ebay a\u00f1os despu\u00e9s encontr\u00f3 algunas similares y empez\u00f3 a coleccionarlas. De hecho se la present\u00f3 a su agente en Jap\u00f3n, Junko Wong, con el que realiz\u00f3 una campa\u00f1a de publicidad utilizando a estas mu\u00f1ecas. Todo un \u00e9xito. Tras ello, la compa\u00f1\u00eda de juguetes Takara comenz\u00f3 a comercializar la versi\u00f3n de Blythe en Asia. Ello, sumado a que Gina comenz\u00f3 a fotografiar a su mu\u00f1eca Blythe, gener\u00f3 una gran atracci\u00f3n por poseer estas mu\u00f1ecas. De hecho, existen multitud de coleccionistas de las mu\u00f1ecas Blythe, de las que se fabrican seis nuevas reproducciones cada a\u00f1o. <\/div>\n
